In this meditation, it will simply be breathing in and out, 5.5 seconds in, holding for 5.5 seconds, breathing out for 5.5 seconds, and holding for 5.5 seconds. This is the optimal breath that will bring your lungs, heart and circularity system into coherence. They will all start pulsing as one. By the end of this meditation you will feel invigorated, excited about life, refreshed, and at peace with what is.
